Where appropriate we seek legal assistance from certified immigration consultants or professionals on behalf of our clients with written authorization. These policies and procedures may apply differently in different countries and or students, based on their region, policies of their own countries and that of Canadian government requirements. We updated and re-write these policies and implement them to the best of our abilities while keeping the interest of all concern to the best of our abilities. CELSN believes that privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of Online Administration, Internet commerce, Admission Processing and Security of all Data. Our status as a service provider who muses Internet merchant account provider and certified payment gateway and document transfer portal, requires us to have a stringent policy regarding all of the information that we collect.

CELSN takes reasonable precautions to ensure your privacy on the terms contained in this policy. CELSN uses reasonable efforts to, but cannot totally prevent, unintended disclosures by such means as hackers and other unauthorized individuals, and inadvertent or illicit employee actions.
Our electronic purchase service, data transfer systems and storage of such sensitive documents requires that clients, cardholders, banks provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone and email), and financial information (including without limitation: name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date, bank account holders details and all anti-money laundering steps as required ), and ordering information. This information is collected and used to process these transactions and for internal accounting and other procedures. Following a transaction, we may contact cardholders/clients/banks etc., by phone or email for security purposes.
Sharing of Information
Certain information submitted through the electronic services (excluding credit card numbers) is shared with the merchant from whom the cardholder/bank account holder is purchasing the products / services so the merchant can fulfill the order. Information is also shared with other parties necessary to complete admission, visa and or permit or other processing, including, without limitation, companies related to CELSN affiliates and or legal partners and financial institutions.
CELSN is acting as an intermediary between the merchants, educational institutions, government agencies and or immigration consultants but not limited to these only, and a user’s company or companies and or authorized guardians. The parties mentioned in the above paragraph, and not CELSN are responsible for their own privacy policies and for maintaining privacy and confidentiality for all information CELSN provides them. If a user has any questions or concerns about the privacy policies of those parties, it must contact such parties.
CELSN takes measures to protect and keep information secure. All information collected by CELSN is held offline, secured via separate servers and protected by a firewall. Whenever sensitive information is transmitted to CELSN through our Web site, such as a credit card number, documents our server provides 128-bit encryption of the information as it travels across the Internet. CELSN restricts internal access to personal information to selected members of CELSN’s staff.
In the event the issue relates to private information, CELSN will not use or distribute any private information without express permission. All disputes in arbitration will be resolved under the laws of Ontario.
